At Project Unknown, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Limited drops / exclusive releases
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Shipping Policy Note
We offer free shipping on all orders but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll sort it out quickly — either a replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost returns
