This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Project Unknown.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within Accra.
At this time, we do not offer delivery outside this area.
2. Shipping Model (Drop-Based Fulfilment)
Orders are fulfilled based on a drop system.
- Each collection or release has a defined order window (deadline)
- All orders placed within thaat window are processed together
- Orders are shipped on a specified dispatch date after the deadline
The exact shipping date for each drop will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within Accra.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are not shipped immediately after purchase
- Fulfilment begins only after the drop deadline has closed
- All orders from the same drop are dispatched together on the announced shipping date
This approach allows us to maintain quality and consistency across every release.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery within Accra will arrive the same day.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions.
6. Order Tracking
Where applicable, tracking information or delivery updates will be provided once orders have been dispatched.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Courier or delivery service disruptions
- High order volumes during major drops
- Unforeseen logistical challenges
In such cases, we will communicate updates as promptly as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, this may result in delays or additional arrangements for redelivery.
9. Lost or Missing Deliveries
Once an order has been dispatched, we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure successful delivery.
If you experience any issues receiving your order, please contact us. We will review each situation and make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
