Production & Delivery Timeline

Most Project Unknown items are made to order. Here's what to expect after you place an order:

• Day 1–2 — Production: Your item goes into production as soon as your order is confirmed. Production takes up to 2 business days.

• Day 3 — Shipped & Delivered: Your order ships and is delivered on the 3rd day after it's placed.

This timeline applies per order, based on the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Local Delivery Only

We currently ship within Ghana only — we do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled and delivered locally as part of the timeline above.

Order Cutoffs & High-Demand Drops

• Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will begin production the following business day, shifting the timeline above by one day.

• During limited drops or high-demand releases, production and shipping times may run slightly longer than usual. Any changes will be communicated at checkout or on our site.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and are shown before you complete your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) at the email or contact details provided at checkout.

Delays

While we work to meet the timeline above, occasional delays can happen due to production volume, courier/postal issues, customs processing (international orders), or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is running significantly behind schedule, reach out to us at projectunknowngh@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
